Stratos Rentals Terms & Conditions

DRIVER’S QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 1. Driver must be over 21 and be a credit card holder. Also, a valid driving license held for at least one year is required.
   2. A security deposit is required for the vehicles.
      1. CAT A 200€
      2. CAT B 350€
      3. CAT C 500€
      4. CAT D 700€
   3. Must be holder of Driving license for the specific category.
   4. Non-EU driving License holders need both a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) and their current National driver’s license.
   5. An extra charge Young Driver Fee is applied between age 21 to 23 for CAT A,B,C and Drivers age 21 to 25 years old for CAT D.
   6. Driver must choose the extras or will be charged on the spot if do not meet the minimum requirements.
   7. To complete an online reservation through www.stratosrentals.com customer must have a valid credit/debit card.

PAYMENT POLICY

Prepayment 30% of total price of the reservation would be charged at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation is free up to 7 DAYS BEFORE the pick-up date. We will refund you the total amount of the prepayment of the reservation.

Cancellation AFTER the 7nd DAYs of pick up date the amount is Non-Refundable.

Non-Show: If customer fails to collect the vehicle on the predetermined pick-up date and time the amount is Non-Refundable.

In order to pick up the reserved vehicle, the card holder must present the card under which the reservation was made. The card holder will appear as the driver on the rental agreement. We accept most credit cards including Visa and MasterCard.

MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION

Stratos Rentals allows you to make changes on a reservation online.

Any change to a booking will be recalculated based on the availability and prices at the time the change is made. This may be greater or lesser than the price originally booked.

EARLY RETURN

Please note that we are unable to give a refund if you return the vehicle earlier than the reservation’s return date and time.

FUEL POLICY

The Renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it had when collected. In the case of returning the vehicle with less fuel, the renter will be charged with the fuel difference.
